BeDirect is designed to ensure that health information is sent and received using the best security controls and thus be compliant with the federal and state laws. All BeDirect users must go through an identity verification process to confirm that they are members of the health care community who have a legitimate reason to send and receive PHI. The information requested in the Application Form assists us in confirming your identity.

Signing up for BeDirect messaging can be done with these three steps:
