the federal and state laws. All BeDirect users must go through an identity verification process to confirm that they are members
of the health care community who have a legitimate reason to send and receive PHI. The information requested in the Application Form
assists us in confirming your identity.
Signing up for BeDirect messaging can be done with these three steps:
1. Download the BeDirect Application Form by clicking here
2. Read it, sign it and notarize it.
3. Scan it and send it to bedirect@infomedtrix.com
We will contact you to complete the process. You will be given a username and password, after which you
will be able to login and use BeDirect immediately.
